Got to agree with you about the logo placement, perhaps Chopard should rethink how or where to place the logo.
Referencing to the exquisite Japan fountain-pens would be a good start.

Was at Chopard Boutique MBS to appreciate some LUC XP Urushi pieces recently and would like to share a few photos and personal thoughts of the pieces I saw. There were only 5 of the LUC Urushi pieces available in Singapore (presently). The Horn Dragon, Ph...

I do remember Kong's post some time back and it blew me away... Tks to ur post, I'm reminded of these again. I'm just so taken with the beauty, artistry and skill of the urushi art on such a small dial...and of cos, the Chopard XP which to me is so simple...
