I owned the first released 1.96 LUC for couple of years and started to grow tired of its look. I still wanted to have a simple watch with 1.96 movement in my collection. The Twist? I already have the Tech Twist so the gold one will be redundant. Then the opportunity presented itself and I jumped in. I got pretty much the same watch, just with the different dial. It is LE 1.96 with the hinged back. Slightly thicker then the original 1.96, but still pretty slim. At 36mm it is unfashionably small by the modern standards, but still a quintessential dress watch.

That is a nice catch on the 1.96. I agree that at 36mm it seems a little small for today watches but it is IMHO the right size for a dress. You also have a good collection of Chopard there. Enjoy them. /W72
