Hello MTF,
a lucky occasion to witness Porsche's return to Le Mans. Thinking back in time, it is a long history since for example Jacky Ickx was driving in a Porsche around that course. So, Porsche and Le Mans are a piece of history and even though it has little to do with Classic Racing, it is a fluent extension of Chopard's partnerships.
Getting back to Mark Webber; I am sorry but I had to borrow a picture from your earlier post:
Where the mouse is; that looks pretts much like a Superfast Porsche 919 Edition, doesn't it?
At least that is the only Superfast with silver dial I am aware of, and I would wish to see more of a red color to surely identify it.
Anyway, one of the next pictures of him at the steering wheel or podium might tell us the latest.
And for the future 919 GTG, I might just invite him anyway.

Currently only Superfast Chrono Porsche 919 Edition has silver opaline dial
