I was merely providing perspective. Chopard's men watches needs a technological boost on the order of Breguet's 7727. In order to compete against its peers. The opulence of the FB brand is nice, but irrelevant to Chopard customers.
For perspective, everyone is playing the flagship game. Citizen has Arnold & Son. Seiko has Credor. I would suggest that the flagship brands provide more value to Citizen/Seiko/Swatch than FB to Chopard.

I own both Chopard and Breguet watches.
Currently, I am looking at the futuristic Breguet Ref 7727; magnetic pivots and 10 hz. Looks promising. Check out the physics. www.watch-insider.com

If you want to compare the FB1 vs a Breguet, I would opt for the 7047 which offers a fusée chaine and a tourbillon (for 100 to 150K). Best wishes Alkiro

Check out the price for this fusee mechanism. The watch size is reasonable; 40.5 mm by 10.5 mm. And, the view from the back is pretty good.
