I can tell you not so much at the moment about this watch, because I inherited it from my Father, who sadly passed away last year.
Concerning to your question, I have changed the strap from the original black crocodile to this mustard-yellow mainly because the watch was too serious/dressy with the black strap.
Now it is much more versatile, however I wouldn’t say it is a sporty watch. It goes well also with jeans and shirt but I wouldn’t wear it with t-shirt and shorts.
The price/value ratio is incredible, remember that Chopard built the L.U.C movements - till the last years - mainly in precious metal watches...

Yes, it is the legendary Mark III classic with the Chopard Luc microrotor-movement.

The color of the strap is ok with the watch. But I would personally prefer a tan or dark brown one. I also think it depends on the color of your shoes and belt.

...Chopard would give us non-date folks a break. These are beautiful watches that would be even nicer imho without the window.
Watches and their straps, have no gender. If you like it, wear it.

I've been inclined to buy my first Chopard LUC, and I like that this watch given its ideal dressy/sporty size, and great price-point (being a steel case and having a well-received movement). Do you feel it is too dressy at times? What are your impressions...
