Christmas 2015 Chopard Gift Ideas for Gents part 1: Mile Miglia GTS Chronograph

As soon as we get the pumpkins out of the way, it will be Christmas Time again.

Santa Claus will be making his List and checking it twice for all the boys and girls, naughty or nice.

To this end, we present a series of 'Christmas 2015 Chopard Gift Ideas' for PuristS.

For Gents part 1: Mile Miglia GTS Chronograph.

This is a good entry point into Chopard for big boys with the iconic Mille Miglia franchise.

Since its launch in 1988, Mille Miglia watches have become a flagship collection for Chopard.

In 2015, Chopard introduces an evolution of this grand classic with the Mille Miglia GTS (Grand Turismo Sport) Collection. This new collection, composed of a three-hand and date chronometer, a power reserve watch and a chronograph, sees the introduction of two in-house Chopard Mille Miglia movements.

The quintessential watch of the vintage racing Mille Miglia Collection is the chronograph that is still powered by a good 3rd party movement

As we have PuristS collectors all over the world in different climes at Christmas time, perhaps we should note that the watch is available with Dunlop Racing inspired rubber strap OR polished steel bracelet.

This was not so obvious from our Baselworld Report.
