Chopard/WEMPE Happy in orange saphire?
Hello.
I have posted on the marketplace forum, and thought I'd ask the experts here. I know that when a LE is done by Chopard for an AD such as WEMPE, then it will only be found at that retailer. My question is, have any of you seen this piece on the secondary markey? It is a Happy done with orange saphires and an orange dial. I saw it for a moment while in NYC with my wife, and she fell for it (this NEVER happens!). I was then called away to serve overseas in Iraq (a whole other story), and consequently, the piece was no longer at the Manhattan store. The WEMPE folke were kind, but of course wanted to sell a piece that was in the shop. I gracefully declined.
Any help that the experts can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
