Chopard+PP, welcome to PuristSPro Chopard forum...
The L.U.C LunarOne is Chronometer, COSC-certified. The window of the timing (per COSC) must be inside -4 to +6 seconds per day (absolute 10 seconds window).
However, normally L.U.C finetune it always to + (gain). Its better so we will not be late for appointment if we continue using without adjusting for a month.
Your reference clock or time is important when making the comparison. Atomic clock reference will be good.
You may wish to document it for 1 week ( wearing) and another 1 week (not wearing, ensure it was wound like 60 turns every 2 day) to see what is the gain/loss with the previous day.
For example( with reference to atomic clock with)
- Day 0 (start date) + 1
- Day 1 + 2 , diff is + 1 sec.
- Day 2 + 2, diff is 0 sec
- Day 3 + 1, diff is -1 sec
- Day 4 +2, diff is + 1 sec
- Day 5 +3, diff is +1 sec
- Day 6 +1 , diff is -2 sec
If your daily differential as above, your range is -2 to + 1 sec (absolute window of 3 seconds), your watch is in a working band of 3 seconds!
It is a PRECISE piece not just accurate. Consistency is what we are looking for.
Hope I answer your question.

Sorry for double post. For future reference, is there a way to edit ones post; a cursory examination revealed no clear method of doing so? Also, I meant to say should the acuracy be better than + or - 5 seconds a day. (Photo not mine, credit to its origin...
