I could not put up all the watches that Chopard made, even since 1963, but left it to members to add their personal favourites of significant milestone watches.
Certainly, the two you listed are amongst those.
The Jacky Ickx Chronograph I is difficult to find and started the mini-series.
The GPHdM 2002 with (likely) FP1186 movement is also important as Chopard tested the waters for a sporty rattrapante chronograph. The same movement was used in the precious metals, elegant, Chopard Linea d'Oro series of the late 1990s.
Chopard tested the waters again in 2011 with the Chopard Classic Racing Superfast Split Second ref.168542-3001, which is also known as a rattrapante chronograph. I did not include the split seconds chronographs as this was a thread about fly-back chronographs. But hey! That's just splitting hairs
