I cant get the photo to upload to this thread - maybe because I am on a work computer... The watch is similar to the pic you posted but mine doesnt have all the smaller dials. It has a clean face. If you go to the Chopard site it is on there:
I still need to get to the dealer but I am pretty convinced this is not a normal noise. Sounds like a ball bearing on a race, or in the bottom of a tin can.
