It is a Santos 100 Mysteriruse in 18K pink gold. Only 40 pieces made by Cartier. It is heavy, bulky and COOL, although not suitable to my wrist too. Thanks for looking Zhiming The last three photos are from the previous owner....
That would be exceptional in a Santos Dumont case
