I see no reason why gemstones are considered feminine. I'd love a watch set with stones as long as it wasn't a Rolex. They add that extra bit of expression that so many men want, but are afraid to ask for.

Men can wear diamonds. Every man has his own taste in watches and I respectively disagree with the list above. Diamonds don't make a watch or its wearer less masculine. It's a matter of taste.

Size matters
Smaller watches with diamonds, e.g. the Longines you show or Patek ref. 96, are extremely subtle, even if they have diamond markers. Very beautiful Longines by the way. - SJX
