The customised triple dial design is plausible
As an artisan-rich Manufacture, Cartier could make customised pieces but the set-up work may be expensive.
Each 'slat' or 'roller' has different surfaces for that specific section of dial to be applied in a set order.
Choosing different designs for the possible (2 or 3) dial images means making very individualised slats or rollers.
I like the choice of classic Cartier railtrack silver/white, plain black and champleve enamel panther dial for my three dials. Even with the premium charge, it may still be cheaper that three separate watches.

I like the Cartier Santos Triple
because it's like having 3 watches in 1. Sort of like having a JLC Reverso. You get to set the dial to whichever mood you're in. It would even better if you can customize the dial and pick from a selection to make a custom Cartier Triple 100. Cheers, Anth...
