That was made for the 100 year anniversary of Cartier in America
in 2009. 800 were made. It is identical to the standard Roadster save for the metallic blue dial, unique to this edition. Though I have no experience with this specific piece, it was sold only in the US, I assume it is much like the regular Roadster. The Roadster is not my favourite Cartier watch, the design is not to my taste, but it fills a specific niche for a sporty Cartier, though now the Calibre de Cartier is another option.
