Pre-SIHH 2012: Masse Secrète panther decor watch

This is a simple but elegantly executed idea - the rotor is inverted and on the dial side. It takes the form of a jewelled panther that travels around the dial which is dark mother-of-pearl.

Though I cannot claim any insight into the female psyche I reckon this sort of elegant and simple watch is the type most female buyers will appreciate. Mechanical, high jewellery watches for ladies are quite uncommon, so this is a welcome addition.
