They just polish the case and changed glass and dial.

Actually, the strap is way too big for me. Will have to sort out third party strap. Not easy going through Cartier in Asia

I love the Cintree, and at some point I would like to try this on.

Agree. Believe Cintrée is thinner and narrower. But nearly impossible to get one where I live
