Dumont 1575 back from the spa

Went to collect my Dumont ultra plat from the Copenhagen Cartier boutique yesterday; servicing its ultra thin Piguet caliber is best left to the specialists. Also used the opportunity to have it fitted with a new calf skin strap. As always, the service from the staff was above and beyond. Don't know any other brand which shows such genuine excitement and interest in their historical pieces; makes it an additional pleasure to be a collector. I'll enjoy for a bit before probably putting it on the market to make room for a new acquisition. As a parenthesis, I was also shown some pics of the new Geneva boutique edition of the Must Tank with black dial; the matching black cabochon is a particular nice touch. Only available on site, unfortunately, and selling out fast- just in case others here might have an opportunity to pick one up.
