Hi Graham, I think the "official" measurements include the crown.
but even without the crown, the watch measures north of 45mm.
It is a big chunk of heavy gold and quite hunk of a watch, but it is surprisingly comfortable to wear and does not appear outrageous.

It is a massive watch at around 12mm in height at it's widest point.
Would be difficult to fit under a normal dress-shirt, especially if the cut is European and the cuff is snug. Jon (Z3)
