Bulgari opens fourth store in Singapore at the Marina Bay Sands Shoppes

 

9th July 2010 – 180 guests and members of the press celebrated the official opening with CEO Mr. Francesco Trapani at the new 3,600 square feet Bulgari store which is the largest store in Singapore. This is the fourth store for the brand in Singapore following the ones at Hilton Hotel, Takashimaya Department Store and The Paragon.

The new Bulgari store has three separate areas for jewellery, watches and leather accessories. The leather accessories area is placed in the centre of the store with jewellery and watches flanking it on both sides, with dedicated showcases displaying jewellery and watch collections. There are two private suites for clients who wish for privacy while viewing the collections.



The gallery in the middle of the store is created by several gold finished sects with irregular shapes and different line of lights. This is a tribute to antique Mediterranean architectural elements of Greek and Roman temples typical in Italian cities, now re-interpreted in a contemporary style. Multiproduct showcases attract customers’ attention creating several focus points within the store. Thanks to these new finishings, the store has an ambience which is at once precious and discreet, luxurious and comfortable.


The new store combines architectural innovations with classic materials and Italian traditions. The store front features the characteristic marble portal in Rosa Asiago while the entrance door is in a modern polished satiny finish. The distinctive façade features giant window showcases boasting products from various Bulgari collections. The interior wall finishing creates an elegant and modern ambience with the predominance of darker colour wood tones in sharp contrast to the honey tones of pear wood from the previous design generation.


The new store at Marina Bay Sands Shoppes is an open invitation to customers to delight in the latest product offerings and establish a direct contact with the world of Bulgari.
