When the Chaumet brothers bought the Breguet from the Browns the company had deterioriated to the point where it was essentially just the name and some old stock and the sales network. After Bodet took the reins of "Les Temporelles Chaumet" and was assigned to build the brand, he only sold the type 20 in the early part of its revival (1974-1976ish) It was completely stopped with the arrival of the QPs in 1976 because Breguet was being positioned as a "jewelry" brand or haut horologie luxury from the get go and he didn't want the relatively "cheap" type 20s next to he newer "jewelry level" line up. All the Type 20s coming from Chaumet were from Old Brown stock and primarily sold to Indian, French, Beligian, and Israeli Military along with the Type XI onboard chronometers.
