I think I may have answered my own question. According to a blog to watch, the watch in my first picture was the prototype introduced by Breguet at SIHH in 2010. Breguet apparently didn't offer it for sale until 2012 and, by then, had made the changes seen in the photos above. I guess some online are using photos from 2010 not knowing Breguet made some changes before offering it for sale.
