The light angle plays a big part besides the depth of field of the lens which causes a slight-washout image.
I guessed you may be referring to right-half of the dial. Included below, a pic with lighting from another angle (did not place in due to the dusts settled on the crystal which I could not see on my camera LCD during shoot), which may answer your question.
This should be the first piece, Breguet does a double print. I observed the tampon-print light grey layer was printed first, fired then add on the black layer. This is a Boutique edition piece and if your area has a Breguet Boutique, asked to see it

Greatissime idea from Breguet, IMO.

My only nit to pick is the way the RdM hand drops a bit over the 24h subdial at full wind, I wish it stayed a bit above, it spoils the perfection, if only a small bit A

First impression was "Wow" which very quickly neutralized. THe case is all Breguet but the dial layout is... not so to me.

enamel dial but what I associate with breguet is elaborate multi guilloche pattern dials and subdials which can be cluttered (like their perpetuals) but still cluttered in an organized manner. Because of the enamel dial here, the trademark multi guilloche...
