Upgrading Question
Hi all,
Wanted to get some insight from fellow members regarding Breguet movement servicing/upgrade.
My under standing is that the caliber 502 -- F.Piguet 71 -- has been upgraded over the years in several aspects, including freesprung balance, silicon escapement, beat rate, etc.
Has anyone had experience with servicing older generation caliber 502 into the more updated specification (i.e., "upgrade")?
Would love to know if anyone's done it (or whether Breguet does not offer such options), what range of servicing costs one should expect, etc.
