The Type XX alarm model was available in the US...

Though overall production was quite low, even for Breguet, the Type XX alarm was officially available through US dealer channels for a short period of time.
It is possible that Breguet released a specific limited edition variant for the Japanese market, but the general model was not Japan market only.
