Would anyone happen to know where it can be located. I saw from somewhere saying it's been discontinued.

Yes it has been discontinued
All of the first generation Breguet Marine with the 'turban' crown have been discontinued in favour of the current model which features the spiral guilloche dial. The old style Marine you are looking for may still be available as new old stock at dealers;...
