Just the display back.
The watches you mention are the same model, with two different serial numbers shown on the dial. On Breguet watches, the last number indicates the type of back: a 0 for a solid back, and a 7 for a display back.

Difference between 2543 and 2846
Is there any difference (besides the display back of 2846) between Breguet 2846 (ref. 3337) and 2543 (ref. 3330). Thank you very much, Mark
