Breguet

There are some days I would damn myself to not have brought a camera with me. I paid an improvised visit to the Breguet Boutique, yesterday, and fell in love with a delicious chronograph, the Ref 5247. I was saying to myself " No problem, I will find pict...

I know what you are talking about, Nicolas. I fell in love with it the first time i saw it in 2008, when i picked up my Type XX at the HK Boutique. The dial is just stunning - the combination of the white enamel, the red dial markings and the blued hands ...  

I saw the RG sister of this one, and personally prefer the more understated white gold version. The RG is wamrer, for sure, and it enhances its retro lok, but the white gold is to die for. What a dial! Best, my friend. Nicolas

I reallt\y debated with myself for sometime before going with the "warmer" RG version. I have the WG in the Lange 1815 Chrono, and while I love this watch as well, it definitely is quite "austere" in WG. Here is a quick wrist shot of my RG version of the ...
