The Type XX crystal is domed, and that alone keeps the reflections down somewhat. I'm not sure if it has any AR coating, but it's not bad as far as glare is concerned in my experience. I much prefer non-AR-coated crystals myself though as I really don't care for the look of an AR crystal after a few months with those blue/purple scratches in it.
By the way, I'd take the Breguet Cal. 582 over the Piguet 1185 any day and twice on Sunday. It's a wonderful workhorse of a chronograph movement with just enough refinement to suit an entry level Breguet and just enough quirkiness to give it some real character for a gearhead like myself. Your mileage may vary of course.
