36 mm case, in platinum, white grand feu enamel dial, without date. 2 case backs, one solid, one sapphire.

Interesting that the hands also seem to be PT and not blue. Very discreet.

On one other photo that figure reads 3756K ..
It is the full serial number.
Breguet puts just the numbers on the dial, in the case of an engine turned dial, and the serial number on the case with the letter. The dial is, hence, matched to the case.
