Breguet ref. 3310
This model was suggested to me by blau as a possible alternative to ref. 7707 & 7717 as (one of) the best perpetual calendar ever made by Breguet. And I must say that this way of displaying each information in a separate subdial is wonderful and wonde...
At least the guilloché rotor (which is hidden by the closed case back anyway) is absolutely lovely.
Much more attractive, imo, than the regular Patek rotor featured on caliber 26-330 for example. Furthermore, with such a small and delicate crown, would it be a pleasure to wind? ...
A wonderful, timeless piece where time stands still, when you look at it.

Breguet is indeed underrated because it mostly works out of the trends, I think.
Indeed a beauty and one of the best
At its best Breguet echoes the sense of simple, elegant and functional design established nearly 250 years ago (!) by the great Abraham-Louis Breguet. And he did it during a period when French Kings were favoring rather more ornate things!
I agree that it’s simple and elegant vs “ornate”.
But the charm of Breguet is to be very subtly sophisticated and “ornate” in its own discreet way.
