Dear friend...
....although tourbillon is a complex and very light mechanism, it is intended to be in watches for moving humans... It is not to be knocked around but, although I rarely see conductors wearing watches during performances, I do not think that tourbillon watches are in danger by their moovements....
I would not wear one in a hokey game though....
