It is late 1990s/early 2000s production, based on a F. Piguet movement, the same one used in the 5157(basic) and 7717(crazy engraving, see below) I'm sure someone else will know more A...

Breguet also made some manual wind skelletons. These "his and hers" are currently listed on a famous auction site....
