Although the relationship is in general not exact between a Breguet serial number and the sale date, partly because of Breguet's habit of retaining part-finished watches in stock for sometimes years before selling, I would put the date to between 1838 and 1840. I assume it is a twin-barrel model, about 4" across the dial. It would help to be more exact about the value if I could see a good photo of the movement and the case, but it would be in the region of $20-30K.
