According to a 2004 Catalogue, that reference has a 517/1 caliber movement

I think the 5140, which is where I remember the 502.3, has a normal (46-48) hour power reserve. It's based on a F.Piguet caliber, but one that only Breguet uses these days. It's distinctive from the back, the rotor is about 90% the diameter of the caliber...
