Hi all. The screw holding the winding rotor on my BP Reveil came loose last month. Fortunately I was near a watchmaker who would be able to open the back of the case and resecure the screw. Unfortunately (and I still don't understand how this happened as ...

Unfortunately Swatch group will not sell parts to indepedent watchmakers for brands above Omega. For simple items like this, it certainly makes things quite frustrating. Your watchmaker should be the one looking for a new screw for you, as the loss was hi... 

Will probably hold on to it until the major service comes around. Am adapting to the 40 hour reserve

Read your story and have you ever tried to get in touch with Blancpain? Maybe they are able to help you on this. Should not be a too big issue, IF only the screw needs to be added. Nevertheless, do not forget, once the case is opened, the case back gasket... 

I left a message with the Swatch group in Toronto yesterday (am in Montreal myself). They haven't called back yet but will try them again this afternoon...

send me a photo and details of the model and lost srew. I can ask at Blancpain in Munich for this part. I have very good experience with Blancpain in Munich. The replaced the inner ring (do not know this terminus in english) for my Air coomand for nothing...

...blablabla....we gregret we are not allowed to send you a replacementscrew from Brassus ( instruction from Suisse). By the way we do not have this screw for the referenz 2041 in Germany. These references are only repaired in the motherhouse. with friend... 

It is pretty much as I expected. I will wait until a service is due. Thank you.
