Filled in one and skeletonized in the other? You can have them change the hands? I actually prefer the fully lumed hands as it’s too hard to tell the time on those skeleton hands. You need to know the time more often than the date.

but i ended up staying with the full lance hands. You are right the skeleton hands are mostly unreadable for time but better for viewing the complications. This month is extra special crispy with the leap year which we wait 4 years to see on these watches...
