I am new to this forum and have acquired a Mil Spec. Having read through the posts and photos I have come to truly marvel at the beauty of this watch. Here's my problem. I want to insure it to protect it but have not been able to fgind any information on ...

That's the problem. I didn't buy it. It was given to me by a family member. I was told that I admired it as a young boy. When the time came it was handed to me. Sent from my iPhone

Go to an a professional Expert in used watches, then, ask him a written expertise on your watch and an evaluation, and communicate it to your Insurance Company. Best, Nicolas
