For best results, you will need a digital caliper to measure the strap on the Watch, but I think it’s 21 or 22 mm at the lugs. The strap might be marked on the underside ... My watch is 20 mm. Be sure to tell them it’s a Blancpain, as the retaining system...  

Both ABP Paris and Camille Fournet. Both should be able to get the dimensions and match the OEM strap quality. I'd say measure the lug to lug and buckle widths to make sure they have it right, just to make sure.
