lol, yeah, I kinda can’t help it…

These Lemans just look so great. I really wish they still made them. I would want it slightly larger in a 40mm with the same 3 register layout and not the big date at 6 which they later came out with because I think it looks weird with the Flyback wording in the lower half of dial. I’d love an Aqualung too. That 38mm looks perfectly sized to your wrist though. Excellent pick up…does it feel noticeably lighter than the steel version?

New titanium Blancpain sport watch!

Not the one you're thinking, though. The thought of a new, wearable-for-me Fifty Fathoms had me heading over to my local purveyor yesterday to look at the old 45mm one more time as well as the 40mm Hodinkee Mil-Spec version. Luckily, or unluckily for me, ...

Thanks!

I'm still going to have to take the new 50 fathoms seriously but it's hard not to think that this titanium Blancpain is a little more *me* than that would be.

Love it. Good choice.

Thanks! I tried on a 2100 Aqualung at the same time

That's a really fine watch, too, with such a beautiful slim case! Somehow seemed considerably smaller than the 2185 even though it's also 38mm. But I was only bringing home one and this guy had a stronger personality. It *does* feel noticeably lighter tha...

That’s terrific.

I bet that lightness goes well with the lighter fabric NATO and other style straps to balance it better on the wrist. Nice job!

Looking good!

So the titanium version has red second numerals, nice touch. And I don't recall seeing that many titanium ones..

They do come up every now and then

But part of the reason I asked about production numbers is I suspect there just aren't that many of them!

Very nice

The new FF has caught my eye in titanium also, although there’s always things I’d like to tweak…. This on the other hand is a very good looking field watch 😄

And for the hundredth time...

...why did they kill the Leman line?

Agreed, thank you!

Nice catch!

The Flyback great in titanium. These are a dream on the wrist.

Thanks, couldn't agree more

So light and smooth and yet still a forceful case with all those lovely curves
