I do not have the exact reference number...
... but I remember this piece being launched I believe between 1998 and 2000 as one of the so-called Half Hunter models
This one was done in the Villeret (at the time possibly called 2000) line, most other Half Hunters had been placed in the Leman ( at that time 2100) line.
To my knowledge it was done in white or rose gold, in quantities of either 250 or 333.
Anyway, it's a true marvel! Huge congrats and please share more about it once you received it.

Yes 2000 line for sure, in rose gold but no mention on the limited edition on the case back like the other Blancpain 0028. I remember the "half hunter" appelation. I will share more photo in more glamourous situation !

Just a note: the FP 21 was used by Patek appearing as the Patek 177. The Vacheron 1003/AP 2003 is a different movement altogether, developed by JLC.

No, I meant in 2005 he was explaining how years earlier he had the idea to push the numerals out to the edges leaving the center wide open
