Machine finished

The bevels are certainly machine finished as you can see the vertical machining marks along every bevel. The edges are also beveled in a way that there are two distince flat planes which is more evidence of machine finishing.

Real?

Looks different from this:

Absolutely, the cal 1315 has hand finished bevels, that is for sure.

Now the picture in question could either show a fake, as also the contoured brushing on the plates seems to be not as fine as in the original OR, less probable, it is a not yet finalized version, after machining but before hand finishing. Cheers, Alex

Agreed, perhaps it is pre-hand finishing?

Other 'points' and bits look 'raw' as well imho. OP, is this a 'final' retail-ready movement?

LOL!

Not hand nor machine finishing, but simply no finishing.

Straight from the machine. But to be fair, this is not unique to Blancpain. And as long as the brand does not insist on some traditional watchmaking, high end finishing... nobody's fooled, so why not !? Oh, and not pre finishing status since it is nickel ...

Which caliber is this?
