I am looking at purchasing vintage Fifty Fathoms 24 GMT (Model 2250-1130-71). From the 2-digit serial number, it's a pre-Trilogy model that I'm estimating would be from 1998 or so. It is being sold be a reputable dealer as NOS. Today I received picture of...  

which box will come with the watch? The first one looks like the box from the latest/current (regular) Fifty Fathoms. The second one looks like a box from the LeBrassus collection, but at that time (not 100% sure about today) when the Trilogy was part of ... 

Thanks for your insight -- no wonder it's confusing! I still have yet to find an image that matches the second box, much less pairs it with a watch. It's the second box that would come with the watch. (I'm not sure why they took the initial pics over the ... 

I don´t know them all, because there have been changes. The closest I have is this one: It is very nice, because it can be used as a humidor ... ...  

... the Fifty Fathoms GMT should have had either a black or brown leather box, slightly smaller than the wooden box you refer to. The wooden boxes at the time had indeed a black surrounding on the outer side and a dark cream/beige insert. Henrik
