1979 Lotus Esprit JPS spotted in the wild today. One of 147 AFAIK. I don't believe the BBS-style wheels are original, but they look right except for the low-profile front tires. A bit worn but otherwise in good nick. Wish I'd known more about these at the time, I would have looked for the dash signature plate to see if it was signed by Colin Chapman (UK, ROW) or Mario Andretti (USA). My only experience with Lotus was test driving an Eclat many years ago and it felt really tiny (or was that tinny?) :-0
