the Veneno?!?

The internet is abuzz with the new hypercar (is that a super supercar?) Lamborghini is launching in Geneva tomorrow (Tues, Mar 5) to counter Porsche's 918, the McLaren P1, and the Ferrari F70 / F150. Funny how many parallels there are between the automotive world and the watch world, including leaks and violated moratoriums...

But at least I haven't seen any 300mm spycams perched in tree limbs leaking into Swiss workshops...

What are you thoughts on the new generation of super hybrids?

(and if you want to throw in a razz or two - respectfully, of course - about the name, that's ok too...

Veneno...Venom...poison for whom?

I've already heard non-believers refer to Lambo's as "techo-pimp" designs - I strongly disagree with this myself, up to and including the Aventador, all of which I considered extreme but still beautiful, but EXCLUDING the Reventon, which I thought over designed - but the early shots of the Veneno...hmmm...

There's also rumour of a front engined coupe based on the 4 door Estoque...

Thoughts? as we await the official unveiling...
