Not only Netherlands, also Italy. They stop the cars on the highway and if you dont pay enough taxes to drive a Cayenne, you go hom - not by car!
This is why in Italy so many Porsches and other luxury cars for sale.

In the USA the police will pull you over and if you have a "large" amount of cash they can just take it because "drugs" or "terrorism".
