I think it's CM coated (chemical metallizing). Either lacquered or wrapped.
With this technique you can recreate the look of chrome, gold or other metals.
I wonder if those guys have their phallus also plated?
Since cars can be phallus symbols.
Maybe I‘d paint my 16th car in gold, just for the fun of it.
Until then, I‘m happy to limit my sillyness to watches. Too much to explore in this domain already for my money 😄
