There are obviously blind corners; only after the first race we will know. If i'm not wrong, nobody died because of frontal injuries in the last decades of F1 races ...

Well, one person. Jules Bianchi.

The cause of death was a frontal blow to the head due to the presence of a shovel loader ‘on’ the track. A bit of a freak accident, but nevertheless one that could have been prevented.

According to the only available video

He did hit the tractor with the back of car, not the front. The excessive and severe deceleration has irredeemably damaged his brain. Motor sports are dangerous, every drivers accept the risk. It doesn't mean safety has not to be improved, but this new so...

Yep, i'm wrong

front/side crash.

A blind cornere at 300 km/h is not a good thing.

Or in a place like Monaco, where they are all bunched up.
