Especially starting from the 1980s,
We begin to see some characteristics such as the square and wedge-shaped lines, the plastic bumpers, the aluminum rims (bit earlier?)... In 1982, Piaggio stopped manufacturing the Vespa Special in Italy, and the following year a new model was introduced, the Vespa PK. Squared-off, modern lines and integrated indicators. More solid and faster, although for me it will never be a classic, it is something different.

Where do you disagree? All ads make claims, some of them spurious.
For a long time I did not see the post-Pagoda generations as classics. But now, I do see the R107 as one. It has grown a lot on me. The last model in the as…still working on that one.
It suffers from the Piaggio Vespa PK's syndrome, in my opinion...
