Different rules for different states

I was confused too when based in Kalamazoo.
Some states require number plates front and back.
Some states only need front plates.
The rears can have messages.
I don't know what happens when crossing state boundaries.
In Switzerland, I was told that the driver is assigned the registration plate that he can move it from car to car.
So the car is not permanently linked to one number plate.

Any unusual car wraps that you've seen?
I saw this holographic wrap on a Range Rover yesterday. Funny thing that my daughter sent me a picture of this exact same car the day before! I saw it the next day and sent it to her 🤗 ...

That is also the case in Austria ...
In earlier times, the possession of a license plate with numbers as low as possible was treated as a sign of "noble heritage". Thirty years ago, our plates only had a letter for the province, then only number. License plates with only three or four digits...
The Range Rover is a probably a new purchase so it probably hasn't gotten its plates yet
But yes, you're supposed to have a back plate.
Here we call it chameleon paint
it's a special effect paint that shows different colors dependin on the lights and shadows.
Wish the car Range Rover had a mirror finish.
That way I could see your ride. The top part of your steering wheel looks like mine but I think everything else is different.
