As impressive as it is technically...
It's even more prodigious in terms of running expenses. Noone expected it to equal a diesel Golf but there were stories of owners flying the car to where they wanted to drive it as chartering cargo space on a plane turned out to be drastically cheaper than adding a couple of hundreds of km on it. While I am sure the owners can afford it, it somehow detracts from driving pleasure (OK, there's not practical luggage space so long journeys are not practicable anyway)
